I really had the eagerness to finish reading this article because I experienced this too before. Eating disorder is one of the most underrated disorders nowadays because people think that it’s all in the mind. They don’t know the process we all been through just to survive a day without suffering from that. It was good and empowering to hear their eating disorder histories and how they overcome it. If there have proven that they can get through with it, there’s a high chance that we can also do it too!
